No Pet Should Ever Be Abandoned
Our mission is to provide a safe loving environment for pets rescued from the wildlife refuge at Lake Lowell and surrounding areas. We endeavor to treat each animal with the highest level of medical care we can provide, and find each animal a loving, compatible, forever home.
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit private animal rescue, specializing in rescuing abandoned cats, dogs, and other small domestic animals around the Treasure Valley.
We are available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. (Please give us 24-48 hours to get back to you as we are staffed by volunteers.)
Pet of the Week
Meet Gamora! She’d love to be your valentine!
Though we would love to help every animal, we are not a humane society and cannot accept owner surrenders. If you have an animal you need to surrender, please call your local humane society. Animal surrenders are not accepted unless pre-approved by an LLAR admin.
We rely on donations from the community. Help us continue to rescue and care for these animals by donating today!
